Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 to the lower 48 states via Fedex ground, with items reaching their destination in 2 - 5 days in most cases.
We also provide the choice to upgrade your delivery at checkout. Upgraded shipping costs vary based on your location and the service you choose.
Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed the same day if ordered before 1pm. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 12 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Hairpin Leg Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after checkout. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and the packaging and send it to us via email at hello@thehairpinlegcompany.com to arrange a replacement.
We ship our products world wide. Shipping costs vary based on the size of your order and your location. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
